The product page and ChatLinq are provided by 이태리에프에스 (brand: DevsLab), represented by 강신, business registration number 137-18-03565. These terms set out the basic conditions for the product information page and the current development build when provided.
Current scope and development status
ChatLinq is being developed to manage messenger account profiles on a PC and help open the original messenger. Windows and KakaoTalk profiles are the first targets. Other messengers, operating systems and release dates are not confirmed. A development screen or description does not establish that simultaneous account login, messaging or login persistence has been verified. The product page does not currently offer paid subscriptions, checkout, purchasable licences or a confirmed release date. A displayed monthly price is a candidate being considered, not a charge or subscription application. Before any paid offering, we will present its price, billing, licence, cancellation and refund conditions.
Your accounts and third-party messengers
Only register devices and messenger accounts you are authorized to use, and follow each messenger’s terms and applicable law. ChatLinq does not create messenger accounts for you or give access to another person’s accounts. ChatLinq is not presented as an official service or affiliated product of the messenger providers. Their policies govern login, contacts, conversations and account restrictions. Compatibility can change when a third-party service changes. Messenger names, trademarks and logos belong to their respective owners.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to access another person’s accounts or personal information without authorization, improperly evade authentication or security restrictions, or engage in spam, fraud, harassment or unlawful automation. Do not damage or disrupt the service or a third party’s systems. Before using a development build, keep your own backup of important data and review the displayed readiness requirements and limitations. This notice does not exclude the operator’s liability for its conduct or rights you have under applicable law.
Local information and network features
Profiles and preferences are stored on your device, and network requests may occur to obtain language lists and additional language packs. The ChatLinq privacy policy describes the specific processing and how to contact us. A messenger’s own policies apply to information it processes. Use the language list and download actions provided in the app. A file may be rejected if compatibility or integrity validation fails.
Changes, interruption and responsibility
Features under development and their availability may be adjusted or discontinued following validation or third-party changes. Material changes and known limitations will be explained on the product page or in the app. A paid offering will have separately disclosed contractual conditions. The operator’s and user’s responsibility is determined under applicable law and the actual circumstances. These terms do not restrict mandatory consumer rights or exclude liability for the operator’s intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
Contact, disputes and effective date
Send service or privacy enquiries to support@devslab.kr. We will first review the facts and seek a resolution. Any unresolved matter follows the procedures and jurisdiction prescribed by applicable law. Mandatory rights under the law applicable in your place of residence remain available. These terms take effect on 23 October 2026. Material changes will be announced on the product page before they take effect.
